Post-Construction Final Cleaning (Hiring Immediately)

Post-construction cleaning services to remove debris, dust, and construction residue following completion of building or renovation work. Services include sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, window and glass cleaning, surface wiping, restroom sanitization, trash and debris removal, and preparation of the space for occupancy or inspection. All work to be completed in accordance with safety and cleanliness standards.

Location: Surfside Beach, SC

Schedule: Thursday-Saturday or Friday-Sunday (8:00AM-5:00PM)

Job Description:

Location: 2031 Walnut Grove Avenue, Rosemead, CA
Hybrid - onsite days Tuesday/Wednesday

Working Hours: M-F 8-5, M-Th 4/10, etc.

Education Requirement - High School Diploma or Equivalent              

Roles & Responsibilities

Day-to-Day Responsibilities/Workload           

  • The Product Manager for Research & Discovery is responsible for turning ambiguous business needs into clear, validated, and estimate-ready problem definitions. This role runs discovery, maps cross-channel journeys, identifies constraints, and produces the “Discovery Packet” required for IT to provide accurate estimates and for leadership to make investment decisions.
  • This is a hands-on discovery and research role, not a delivery role and not a people-management role.

Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Discovery & Problem Framing

  • Convert vague business problems into fully defined opportunities with customer + business + regulatory framing.
  • Produce “shovel-ready? Discovery Packets to support IT estimation, capital requests, and strategic prioritization.
  • Works with the Senior Manager of Product to create ROI models (when needed)
  • Translate scattered backlog into strategic themes.

Research & Validation Leadership

  • Lead customer research: interviews, usability tests, concept validation, and prototype creation/feedback.
  • Leverage call center data, QM analytics, and operational insights to validate root causes.
  • Works with Senior Manager of Product to identify regulatory constraints affecting the solution space.
  • Product service blueprints, journey maps, business rule definition and low-fidelity prototypes.

Stakeholder & Scope Management

  • Aligns with Domain PMs to understand end-to-end journey impacts and constraints early.
  • Works with Domain PMs to define MVP boundaries and ensure IT estimates are based on realistic, validated scope.
  • Ensure all discovery artifacts are aligned before transitioning work to estimation or execution.

Requirements

Required Skills/Attributes      
Qualifications

  • 5+ years in Discovery, UX Research, Product Strategy, and Service Design
  • Strong skills in blueprinting, journey mapping, and early-stage prototyping
  • Ability to translate user needs and operational insights into business value.
  • Strong synthesis, facilitation, and problem-facing capabilities.

Desired Skills/Attributes        

  • Experience in large, complex, and regulated enterprises (preferred)

Product Delivery Manager III

Manufacturing Maintenance Mechanic I

Summary

  • As a part of a Union environment, our team is looking for an individual that can be flexible during their probationary period. Specifically, with scheduling, you may be asked to work nights, weekends, or holidays, with appropriate notice. You may be asked to function within multiple areas of the plant.

Work schedule

2nd shift 3pm to 11pm 5 days a week 8 hours a day.

3rd shift/graveyard 10pm to 6:30 am 5 days a week 8 hours a day.

** For either role, they may be working at least one weekend day, and overtime.

Responsibilities

· Observes all company safety policies and procedures as well as maintain good housekeeping, GMP and Global Food Safety practices

  • *Lockout/Tagout procedures.

· Identification of complex problems with mechanical, pneumatic, electrical, hydraulic issues on all associated equipment (conveyors, compressors, chillers, programmable controllers, robots); review related information to develop and evaluate options and implement solutions

  • · Diagnose mechanical problems and determine how to correct them- checking blueprints- repair manuals- or parts catalogs- as necessary

· Dismantle and reassemble machines to fit or replace necessary parts

· Able to understand and complete Preventative Maintenance based on Preventative Maintenance schedules

· Perform routine maintenance on equipment and determine when and what kind of maintenance is needed

· Responsive to maintenance requests in a timely manner and complete maintenance reports as required

· Maintain plant equipment to ensure maximum efficiency

· Ability to work with vendors and/or contractors as required

· Ensure spare parts or services are ordered as required

· Implement operational improvements (spoilage, downtime, line speeds, etc.)

· Train others to operate equipment and produce products safely and efficiently

Previous Nike experience is not required but NEEDS to come from a similar corporate footwear design experience (ex: Adidas, New Balance, etc)

Job Title – Hospital Pharmacist

Client Details:

We are leading health system and services platform that continues to evolve in lockstep with community need. The hospital’s operations include three businesses – our hospitals and physicians, USPI and Conifer Health Solutions.

Responsibilities:

Assures the appropriate selection, dosing, administering, and dispensing of medication orders.

Reviews and assesses medication orders to identify, prevent and resolve potential and actual drug related problems. 

Recommends formulary alternatives when appropriate.

Compounds and dispenses medications for accurate delivery to patients.

Provides drug information and education to medical staff and patients.

Communicates with physicians and other clinicians as necessary to facilitate care.

Accurately enters/verifies medication orders and performs final check prior to dispensing of all medications, including sterile products, chemotherapy, TPN’s, and controlled substances. 

Performs and documents clinical activities and interventions accurately.

Supervises and directs pharmacy support personnel to provide timely, comprehensive, and cost effective pharmaceutical services. 

Participates in hospital safety/quality programs and assists in training new staff and students.

Responds to code arrests and other emergent situations where pharmacist assistance is needed.

Performs essential duties of pharmacy manager or director in his/her absence when the pharmacy clinical coordinator is not available. 

May be required to work at other Carondelet network facilities.

Required: Must be able to work variable shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Preferred: Residency Preferred, Hospital pharmacy experience, IT Pharmacist

CERTIFICATION:

License Required: Valid current Arizona Registered Pharmacist License.

Certification Required: Basic Life Support (BLS-CPR) upon employment and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) within 6 months of employment.

Certification Preferred: Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS).

EDUCATION:

Required: Graduation from an accredited School or College of Pharmacy with a B.S. or PharmD degree.
